Retrieve Software Key
To retrieve your Know Your USA software key, all you need is your e-mail address used to purchase our software, proceed to retrieve software key.
Minimum Spec
Know Your USA requires Microsoft Windows (98, ME, 2000, XP or Vista), Pentium III 1.0GHz, 256 MB RAM, DirectX. We would highly recommend Windows XP or Vista with an Intel Pentium IV (or AMD equivalent) and 512 MB RAM for the best performance. We have tested our software on Windows Vista and we recommend a Dual Core processor for best performance.
Know Your USA for Mac OS
Currently Know Your USA is only available for Microsoft Windows. If there is sufficient demand we may consider developing a version for Mac OS, currently the costs outweigh the demand. If you have a new Intel Mac it is now possible to run Windows XP through Apple's Boot Camp software, it should also be possible to use our software through Virtual PC and Parallels Desktop for Mac.
Know Your USA CD-ROM
If you don't have access to broadband and want to purchase a Know Your USA CD-Rom, please contact us and we'll try and facilitate you.
Purchasing Questions
After purchase, you will receive a receipt from PayPal. License codes are generated automatically and are sent via e-mail (please allow up to 24 hours for your code to arrive). Your e-mail address is our only way of contacting you, so please ensure you enter your e-mail address correctly. If you have purchased Know Your USA and have not received your activation key please contact us
Software Updates
We are always updating and improving our software, all minor updates will be free to customers, for major updates there may be a reduced upgrade price, depends on release. To install the latest version, uninstall Know Your USA from the Windows Control Panel, than install the new version. You will need to re-register your software too by clicking on the ID icon in the Know Your USA About box. From March 2007 we have adopted a new software key system and all users prior to this will need a new Software Key, click here to obtain new key.
Desktop Wallpapers & Screensavers
Know Your USA comes complete with beautiful photos of the United States for use as your desktop wallpaper. This fantastic photos are also included as a free screensaver, the perfect way to brighten up your computer.
